This has been bugging me for a while. In the war games screen, there is an indicator that points to a certain section on the USNC Infinity. Does that mean war games are happening in some virtual battlefield on the infinity? Or are they actually happening at different places on Requium?

It’s a simulation aboard the Infinity, yes. We don’t exactly know how the simulation works, but I like it this way because 343 leaves it up to the imagination of the player 
Interesting. You would think the VR programmers could design a simulation with only sniper riles. Hint, hint, wink, wink. 
If you go play the mission Shutdown and interact with one of the computers in the initial hanger bay, you’ll get a response from the system saying War Games are on hold at the moment.

Wrong, thats what they said to excuse the removal of Elites claiming
“Elites are not in multiplayer because is a virtual simulation”
but then again they added the flood in wargames which totally contradicts 343.

Or a hornet/falcon? Or elites? (They’ve been at war with them for years) Or any other vehicles from previous “encounters” (games)?
