I was just wondering, are there any level 9 reqs?
I’m pretty sure there aren’t any but I just wanna be sure.
No there are not, the highest req cost is currently at 8. However 9 reqs are " the request reqs you ever reqed."
my thoughts on the 9 levels is to help keep your REQ level up during games. No level 9 REQS though
the ONI Mantis was level 9 reqs back in the day, but its 8 now.

As Sypriz said, the ONI Mantis used to be a Level 9 REQ way back when. Besides that, there are no Level 9 REQs in the current sandbox.
If anything, having the ability to equip two armor mods upon reaching Level 9 would be decent (though overpowered).
No I’ve think about it, there actually are not any level nine REQs. Pretty strange if you ask me

Negative, would be nice to see that 9 be used but atm, it’s just used as a reserve.

there are none that i know of. Wish they would come out with one or two reqs that are level 9. Doubt they will though, no new content in this game in the last year or so.
I don’t know why all the announcers sound so excited when you reach level 9 REQs, since there aren’t any REQs in that level, but since we’re calling out call-outs…

I seem to be the only one who likes Exuberant Witness and thinks Yabda’s voice is annoying…

No, there are not any reqs that are level 9 which is kind of odd. I think it would be cool if there actually was something that was level 9, but I don’t know how you can beat a Nornfang or Phaeton Helios. Maybe a target designator?

If a Target Designator were to be thrown in as a Level 9 REQ, I feel that it should be a single-use weapon with the ability to clear out an entire armory / garage in a single, devastating barrage. Any more shots would be a bit overpowered, but that’s what I think.

My thoughts exactly. I guess I should have elaborated more on it, but these are the exact limits of what I had thought of if it was in game.

It’s more of a storage level so you can equip better weapons at once

That sounds like heresy…
At this time, there doesn’t exist any level 9 reqs in Halo 5. However, this req level can still be used if you wish to combine multiple reqs at one without being forced to wait for the req energy to fill up.
As an example, one use could be to combine a power weapon with few powerups.
