The only cool Easter Egg that caught me off guard was the marine dressed like Sargent Johnson that comes after you with a shotgun, after you kill too many good guys at the beginning of that pelican mission.
Other than that, the only other Easter eggs are the RvB ones in SpOps, dialogs here and there in campaign, a smiley face, and the barely hidden terminals. Probably a few I haven’t seen yet.
I’m never more thrilled than to find a secret area as an Easter Egg, and I’ve found none. Are there any better Easter Eggs found by anyone?

The Covenant’s “Diiiiiiiidact!” broadcast near the crevice where you continue the mission, on a covie ship.
The “Promethean Awakening” broadcast on a downed lich to the left and straight from where you spawn, on top of the edge nearer the mission start.
Just walk up the edge further from the spawn to get up to it.
There’s one behind the Composer, two marines are testing out a Mantis’ controls and complaining the stick is set to inverted.
On Requiem - if , after you collect the Sword Elite’s camouflage module, you backtrack to the first open battle area, then a Phantom will come and drop off a whole squadron of Beam Rifle wielding Elite Rangers. Someone looked into the game files and found that killing all of the Elites spawns some crates in an undisclosed location, but I don’t believe anyone has found them yet.
One the very first mission when you are in the cryogenic chamber, you can loads of floating objects in zero gravity, those floating objects then drop when gravity is restored. When you are released upon closer inspections, the objects are in fact halo 4 limited edition boxes.
In the same mission of the Sargent Johnson easter egg there are two marines in the corner by some boxes. If you wait long enough, the marines have a funny conversation.
On the first mission when you are released from the cryogenic chamber, when you walk straight ahead, before you reach the weapons system room you cross a bridge. If you drop down the side of this bridge, there is a terminal with master chiefs entire service record.
(A great feature for people who haven’t player the previous titles)
In war games, if you have the hologram ability on and you point it at a dead Spartan, The hologram will start tea-bagging the now deceased opponent.

Additionally on Requiem there’s a Forerunner plate (Similar looking to a Phaistos Disc [incidentally I think there’s on in Composer, but you can’t get the translation) in the segment before the bridge you have to clear underneath the central structure that offers a more clear meaning of the Mantle.
