Hey guys! To be honest, ive never posted here, so i sincerely apologize if i have posted incorrectly or anything, but im feeling rather desperate.
Skip the next paragraph if you dontttt want to hear my story.
In the basic, I have been in halo reach since its dawn, and i was a part of a large girl/boy community in custom games and living dead for the majority of my life on Reach. Right around the start of Halo 4, and following the takeover by 343, things went down the gutter. The only custom game ANYONE played was “assassinations” which was SO TEDIOUS and boring, that i simply didnt want to play. As if that werent enough, suddenly 343 totally wrecked my beloved living dead, replacing its beautiful alpha zombies with “zombie ghosts on reflection” and other horrific nightmares, as well as removing close to all of the default maps. Feeling betrayed by my favorite game on all angles, i went to halo 4 and became a level 130. After coming back, i find halo reach is desolate. The community i was a part of is dead, and the matchmaking lobbies are quiet.
This fills me with a sort of dread ive never felt before. Theres nothing quite like being a part of a custom games community.
I ask that, if anyone is a part of a larger custom games community, that you please give me a chance to be a part of it. We dont have to be friends, we dont have to hang out or anything of the such. I just want to feel slightly less lonely in a place i used to feel at home.
As for how i am in halo games, i am ~50,000 credits away from Nova on reach, and a 130 on Halo 4. I love having friends, and im not the kindof person you boot for rude behavior. I love any and everyone, and i just miss being a part of a whole community. I am deadly with a magnum or dmr, and do not use the shotgun during infection. I enjoy nearly any custom game, especially infections.
