I was wondering if there are any armors that competitive must or must not use in game. Some helmets could be pretty disruptive, like EVA or similar, if you have a weird visor.

Not sure if I understand the question, you’re asking if there are any helmets that you should stay away from because for competitive play you’re easier to kill, and visa versa?

I’m pretty sure he means if there is anything banned from competitive use, and the answer is no. This isn’t CoD where we ban 1/3 of the stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching competitive CoD, but Halo is right out of the box play.
Armor doesn’t have any connection to gameplay. Its cosmetic purely. You can wear whatever the hell you want too and if anyone complains you can slam the butt of your MA5D into their faces.
Your HUD stays the same no matter what helmet your wearing, your abilities stay the same no matter the armor.
Why would armour be banned? It’s all cosmetic
Okay, I was just thinking because for TF2, some cosmetics are banned because they are disruptive and distracting, same for LoL skins.
Like if someone is wearing FOTUS, the horn thing might be considered disruptive, or with Argus helmet and its big camera things (?) on the sides.
