Can I get them in normal req packs?
Everything is earnable in game. Save your money if you’re ok with waiting to earn/unlock it.
all reqs are avialable through normal req packs. not sure about achillis and helioskrill. i think those 2 require specific things be done. as for weapon skins, some are currently only obtainable with the armory req pack. i assume they will be released into the normal req pack later.
What about the 343 skins? can everyone unlock them now, or just through the limited time pack?

i think those are the limited time ones you can only get with the pack. i’m sure they’ll add it to the normal req system later.

I think the 343 skins are gonna stay limited
Nothing has been confirmed yet. Late, I know, but just clarifying things that people think are confirmed for some reason.

Helioskrill is obtainable through reqs already the most recent skins for right now are only attainable through the armory pack
The new skins are only obtained through the Spartan pack … and for those wondering Helioskrill all varieties is a gold pack unlock just as it was supposed to be from day one now you are guaranteed it day one of your play by doing mcc legendary. Achilles is a Spartan company unlock only and from what I can tell it will stay that way for a long time.

This could be wrong if the vengeance skins isn’t in the req packs, and same with the hcs skins those are the only skins I know were through means other than normal packs

Well the Spartan armory skins haven’t been said to be in normal req packs yet, though they probably will be at some point.
From what I can gather, you can get everything from normal REQS, but if you want the 343 skins, the opportunity passed yesterday and could only be gained in that 80000 points pack. As for the most recent skins, if you didnt buy that pack then you’re going to have to wait for each subsequent update now.
As for Helioskrill and Nightfall armor, you can now get them in gold packs without meeting prerequisites.

Where did you gather this info? Are just saying that this is your guess, or has this been confirmed?
Nothing is confirmed yet but announcers during HWC series this weekend did state that no one in the tourney or 343 staff has skins that aren’t available to the general public. Whether that means this is a one time access or they plan to roll them out in a later update is unknown.
They haven’t confirmed anything about any of the weapon skins one way or another. All we know is that they were available through the Spartan Armory Pack until last night at midnight. It has not been revealed as to when or if the 14 new skins and the 343 skins will be available in the future. The common thinking, though again not confirmed, is that 343 skins will stay exclusive and the other will eventually be released as regular unlockables. Anyone telling you that it is official is lying.
Incapable of being unlocked through regular req packs:
- Achilles armor - Achilles helmet - Challenger armor - Challenger helmet - Athlon armor - Athlon helmet - 14 new skins - 343 skins - A variety of emblems (season, beta, librarian, etc.)
