I cant get on is it my internet, the xbox servers or 343 servers
Having the same issue. Friends aren’t appearing online but they are on Smartglass. Must be an xbox server issue.
They’re usually pretty quick to fixing this kind of stuff. I’d give it 30-60 mins!
Servers are up. Restart xbox if having issues, resolved mine.

I still lag even when the servers were fixed 
Been having a lot of trouble on and off all day.
