im in an xbox live party with my arena team but cant connect to games in Halo

I just got on Waypoint to ask the same thing.
I’m starting to get pissed. It’s not enough that they lag like hell and disconnect me all the time, now they’re down entirely.
Guess it’s time to play campaign.

Xbox live is fine its Halo 5, just checked Reach and some other games. This is what happens when people accept online only games. You have no right to complain at this point since most likely the majority approved of this idiotic move.
Calm down fellas, if you play any game at all, you know this happens, especially if it is a game that is always online. Just be thankful you are on Xbox Live and not PSN, because it would happen a lot more often, and would be the whole PSN not just one game.

Really, PSN has the whole server down? I don’t have a PS so thank god, but that is going to change my plans.
When is halo 5 going to be back up? Anyone know?
It’s like people think servers are like arbor vidas and if you just give them a minimal amount of care they’ll florish.
Weird timing for servers going down, just took a break as soon as the servers went down.

Last is getting worse with the quality of multiplayer. A moment ago I tried to play - it is impossible. I can not connect to servers. 343i is doing anything to discourage me to Halo. Greetings from eastern Europe where playing Halo is a real challenge.
