Yes, it is. But they’re human too, there’s only so much one can take before it becomes hard on morale. They’ll actively ban people if you report them if it’s for a good reason.
Well, they are human beings not permanently attached to the Internet and thus live normal lives in different timezones around the world. If you really wanted to get their attention, reporting a thread for violations alerts them.
