Are the Halo 4 xbox 360 servers still up?

I was going to buy a 360 for a couple of games, but I want to only play Halo 4 and not share a playlist with 2 in MCC. Wondering if the servers are still functioning.

You’ll be able to play Halo 4 on the 360 until Microsoft shuts down Xbox Live… which won’t be for a very long time, considering that it’s linked to Xbox One.
