Was thinking of grinding the remaining levels to sr152 but wasn’t sure if the cosmetics for doing so are available/were ever available. Anyone know?
I’m pretty sure they are still obtainable, but take it from someone who has them unlocked the coating is not what was advertised, your time is probably spent better elsewhere

nah its still metallic, they just took away the white and made it dark gray
You have 3 days to acquire it, as I believe you need to reach 152 before the official release of Halo Infinite.
That’s never going to happen for most of us. I could go 24/7 till then and still not make it, and I’m only a few levels out.

Same boat my dude, xp grind just too great in 5 im only 3 lvls away but i would have to play so many games even with boosters lol
Went on the other day and couldn’t find a match in warzone, I think it would be very difficult to get XP now.
Which is a shame because it looked better than it currently does. I am nowhere close to obtaining it and I am glad that I didn’t grind to get it either.
While I am upset that I won’t be getting the weapon skins, I have a sneaking suspicion that 343i might just release the initial look of the coating as a store item in the future…

From what I have been told, any cosmetic will neither add to nor subtract from your Halo experience. They’re all useless.
