Are the campaigns of 1,2,and 3 easier solo or coop

This might be a stupid question, but Ive always wanted to go play all the main halo games through on legendary at least once and I recently bought the MCC so now i can actually do it on my xbox one, but im not sure if it would be better to do solo or in a group of two or more people, however i feel like the answer might be different depending on which game you’re talking about, but this is something i’ve been thinking about a lot lately and haven’t really been able to find a solid answer to

All are easier in co-op if only for the free revives. However, Halo 2 might be better done solo since it has Iron permanently on in co-op. Which method is more fun comes down to your personal preference.

we can’t disable iron on halo 2 mcc? even the original version?

As far as I recall, Iron is on for co-op in Halo 2 in MCC. However, it’s been a long time since I’ve done split screen in MCC so I can’t say for certain.

It’s on Legendary and you can’t turn it off in any version of the game. On any other difficultly, co-op allows respawns.

They’re all easier via co-op EXCEPT Halo 2. Anytime someone dies in Halo 2, you have to restart at the last checkpoint.

i would say that Halo CE and 3 are easier on coop but i do think that if you can play with someone who has also did halo 2 on legendary and knows what they are doing, do it on coop.
