I remember there being an update a long time ago. After I updated the game, I got a Legendary emblem with a splinter grenade on it(can’t remember the name). Then after the Ghosts of Meridian update I got 2 REQ packs with Mark IV armor and helmets. Both are Legendary. Do you get these REQs just because of the update, or do you have to do something to get them?
There is no way to intenionally get anything unless you pay for one of the promo packs that show up (which are usually still fairly random) now and then (for a ridiculous price). You just have to believe in the heart of the cards.

Grinding is a pain in the butt, however I enjoy the thrill of potentially unlocking something awesome. Grind for the grind gods REQs for the REQ throne
