The Sentinel Beam is a rare req so it should be found in silver packs, but I just opened 50,000 req points worth and didn’t get a single one. I also get 3k points back for every pack I open and I sold everything (that wasn’t a sentinel beam) in each one so that’s basically opening 85,000+ points worth without a single one. Even when opening gold packs I get more phaetons than sentinel beams. It’s annoying to finish this commendation when the weapon is so bad and yet so rare. It’s like they gave it a mythic drop rate.
If you’e getting the two 1500 point cards in silvers then it’ time to move up to gold. The silvers guarantee two unlockable items but once you get everything within the silver loot pool you get 1500 poin cards instead.

I know. I’m level 151 and have had everything unlocked for a while. I just mean can they be found in silver packs in general or am I just unlucky?

Probably, but at this point I had already spent 100k on silver packs so I had to keep going for science. You CAN get sentinel beams from silver packs. It just took over 100k points until I got a single one.

I’d go with lousy RNG then. Different items probably have different chances to drop.
