I know that vehicles from the sets like the Kestrel are officially Canon but I wasn’t sure about the actual Fireteam sets. The only reason I’m asking is that I was reading up SIV teams on Halopedia and all of the sets are listed with actual Emblems and a member count, funny enough even the Fireteam Crimson set has the same emblem on there flag that is unlockable in Halo 5 that apparently designates Fireteam Crimson from Spartan Ops.
As a fan of both the Mega Bloks Halo line and the expanded lore this is actually quite a cool thing if it is canon considering the amount of Fireteams that have been created as a result of the products, Even Fireteam Stingray which was mentioned in the Halo 5 limited edition as being led by Vale at some point has a set that comes with a Copperhead clad Spartan as well.
What it could mean is that even Halo products might start to contain hints of Canon details which could be used to expand the lore, imagine if each of the sets had a brief summary of a UNSC operation, things could start to get really cluttered or really interesting. It could also be used as a means to give us exact numbers of the IVs as well.
At the end of the day it is probably a stupid question to ask but one I feel could be important for the future of Halos future story telling, I mean the Halo loot crate is literally just Halo products and that has its own lore and canon Fireteam.
Thanks in advance for those who both read and answer.
Here’s a list of the Fireteams I found with a link, some of them already have existing Lore to them whilst others do not.
Mega Bloks has always been allowed some freedom on what products they make such as old style weapons with Spartan IVs. I haven’t kept up with information on Mega Bloks for a while though. However, their vehicles are canon but that doesn’t tell whether or not the characters are canon. Officially there isn’t an answer so I have no idea.

Thanks for the input I think its something 343 would need to confirm to be honest.

Well Fireteam Crimsons, team emblem was first in a MB set before Halo 5.
Mega Bloks has a lot of artistic freedom when it comes to Halo. Not as much as Legends, but a good amount. While the Fireteams may exist in the lore, the figures and their armor and weapons in the MB sets may not represent the lore officially. This is especially apparent with Crimson, as they are never officially defined due to them being the player.
