I see lots of people in here that have the medal for getting 40 kills without dying. I’ve yet to ever play with anyone who had those type stats and the most I’ve managed is 14. I hate vehicles so I am never in a banshee flying miles in the air shooting at people in the ground and in games with vehicles it seems the goal of everyone is to kill the vehicle. Even in big team how do you manage that high of a percentage of your team’s kills without playing with 15 three year olds? I’m not hating or jealous, I play with people every day that are much more skilled than me but if we are matched up by CSR how can you be that much better than the rest of the field?
You can get medals in custom games, but they won’t count towards commendations.
The medal you’re seeing, Unfriggenbelievable, was probably obtained during Spartan Ops. I have it on my Stats Overview and I’ve never gotten it in War Games matchmaking or customs.
However, Medal like “Magic hands” and “Extermination” are only obtainable in matchmaking games.
Thanks for the explanation. I have only played Spartan ops one time. I’ve been curious for a long time. I’ve always dreamed of having just one match of perfection but the best I’ve ever done is 12 kills with no deaths, which I was only able to do using ordinance priority and active Camo and ambushing players with a saw and scattershot. Which I feel is not very sporting, lol.
