Are kill cams going to be back?

I really liked that feature the first hour or so on launch night. I see a kill cam about once or twice a night now. Please tell me they will be back. Sorry if this has been answered already, I can seem to find the search for the forums.

Hopefully they never return. They’re just a waste of time.

Also, where’s the option to disable them, like 343i said there would be?

I dislike them, so I hope they never come back or stay if they ever left
