Having a weird issue on my end.
I’ve been going through the new challenges and verifiably not getting what I should be getting. I just won, for example, a game of FFA and did not get any tracking on an FFA challenge. At the same time, I got tracking for getting kills with a bulldog… which I did two games ago. I also got tracking for kills in Team Slayer, which was also two games ago. Are challenges lagging back or something?
came here looking if anyone else is having this issue. all challenges are frozen for me right now. can’t gain any progress.
I’m having the same issues 
and absolutely no tracking in FFA. My challenge is called Lone Danger. Afraid to swap it out and have another FFA that won’t track.
My daily challenge has been broken for weeks.
Had an issue earlier in the day with challenges that weren’t tracking, it was one of those earn 2000 points in fiesta or something and get 10 Spartan kills in PvP…got both in a single game and it didn’t register a single one so I ended up swapping them…what an irritant.
They had issues with challenge tracking yesterday so may be the same issue. Check the 343i/Sketch Twitter accounts for any info. If not, try fully closing down the game and restarting…if that doesn’t resolve it and then it’s likely a server issue again.
i’ve tried restarting my whole PC and it still won’t reflect any challenge progress

Yes. I filed a bug report on it.
After completing some matches, it was acting as if I hadn’t played the match. It would just show a zero in the player results screen and the scoreboard screen wouldn’t even have my gamertag listed. Also, when it brought up the challenge progress bars, it would show the progress I completed from the previous match and not the one I just finished.
Basically it appeared to erase the entire match I just played. I restarted my game and it still didn’t give me credit for the match I had played but it did give me credit for the next match I played. So far I haven’t gotten credit for two of my matches but it seems to be a sporadic thing.
Yeah mine aren’t working properly.
I had 3 separate ones not track in the same game.
How hard can it be ffs. It’s 2021 and 343 are not a small company. It’s staggering how consistently incompetent they are at certain things.
Were you using quick resume?
Happens randomly for different challenges for me. Was more frequent couple weeks ago. Things like BR or melee kills counting less than what I actually got. Saw no big discourse about it so I figured it was a random occurence.
FFA matches have not been counting for me for a few games, is this a common issue? none of my FFA bounties have progressed, this is getting annoying.
Challenges have not been counting properly since the game was released. This happens to me every week on at least one challenge.
Currently, my challenge to get one kill with the Heatwave has not updated even though I got kills with it during a few match types.
Yes. Just played two FFA games with 10+ each. Not a single kill counted towards the “squad of one” challenge (10 kills in FFA)
So far I’ve only used swaps on broken challenges. bravo
pretty frustrating considering I’d never in a million years play FFA otherwise.
Same issue here also my buddy with any ‘Team Slayer Pvp’ challenges. And it has only counted some of the kills with specific weapons challenges, smh
The Ultimate challenge this week is having inconsistency issues. Kill 50 spartans, perfectly reasonable given time, except it’s not counting kills correctly. The scoreboard says I got 11 kills the challenge says I got 8. It’s really annoying.
Also having this issue with the Lone Danger challenge
