Are armor pieces in store, unlockable?

Hello, can anyone shed some light on a topic for me? I am curious if the items in-store will remain store exclusive for purchase or are store items also unlockable in-game but the store skips the work to get it?

How specifically does the store work with cycling armor, is the armor to be released for free late? (etc…)

In-store items are not unlockable. The two Daily deals reset everyday at 10am PST and I assume the other two are Weekly, and reset on Tuesdays at the same time.
