Conditions of the alliance:
My clan shall serve as the head / leading clan. Leaders of other clans must form an alliance by swearing an oath on behalf of all their members. All other members may do same anyway.
Leading clan offers to unite everyone under a single banner and form a strong army. Offers recruitment intelligence assistance. Optional bonus training. Good leadership. Go from there?
