are ai's spawnalbe in halo 3s forge

so I have seen YouTube videos where people are able to spawn ai’s(covenant ,flood, marines ) in halo 3s forge
I would like to know how this is done if anyone knows could you please tell me how to do this thank you if its possible

I don’t remember being able to do that… I do remember downloading modded maps with ai’s already placed there though.

These videos you watched are of modded consoles. That’s the only way you’d be able to do this, however I wouldn’t recommend it as it is clearly against the Microsoft terms of use.
