Only for scoped weapons, no ADS for anything else.

the scopes do not exist on the model itself, and therefore cannot be ADS’d
those scopes are connected to teh spartan’s/Elite’s HUD, and do not have actual scopes

ADS actually does exist in the Halo universe. I think its in the books, the assault rifle’s ammo counter has a camera that doubles as ironsights, then theres, obviously, scoped weaponry, gauge on the pro pipe, obvious ironsights on the shotgun, etc.

Though ADS has been confirmed to NEVER APPEAR IN THE WHOLE SERIES
