Arcane Company is looking for Spartans who are willing to work with a team to learn and implement team strategies and personal tactics to go along with them. This Company is dedicated to working to excel through teamwork. Communication, both through forums and in-match, will be used constantly to help ensure this. In addition, team practices may be implemented to help propel us through the ranks.
Arcane will be pushing to team victory, but its honor will remain intact doing so. This means there are some things that will be discouraged heavily, such as offensive/obscene language, poor sportsmanship, cheating/questionable methods of winning, etc. Enjoyment is an important facet of the games, and Arcane will work at making it enjoyable on our end, while not taking unnecessary measures to strip more enjoyment from opponent’s enjoyment. As such, we play such that others would want to be Arcane, not that they would despise our very name.
Effort, honor, and enjoyment are the three main tiers of Arcane’s design.
