I beat the par score on every mission of HALO 2 and so I unlocked every achievement related to individual mission par score (I 'm on the PC version). Problem is the achievement for beating every par score on HALO 2 does not unlock. On MCC it says I anly beat the score on 11 mission (over 13 in total) and on Halo Waypoint it says I have 95% of the achievement (so complete non sense). Of course it does not tell me which mission I have to re do (it would be too easy) so I’m just stuck because I don’t want to do all these individual achievement again. If someone have a solution it would be great because it seems we cannot rely on 343 to make a good achievement system…
This randomness about the unlocking of the achievement is -Yoink!- me of (because it happen with a lot of other achievement too). I don’t understand why it is sooooooo complicate for 343 to just verify, hey he gets all the individual achievements let’s give him the overall achievement for beating the par score ! But no instead they created a situation where I have 3 different progression for the SAME achievement. The 11/13 on MCC, the 95% on Waypoint and the one I should normally have (100%) because I have all the individual achievement. So THANK YOU 343 for giving me hard time for absolutely NO reason (appreciate) !!!
I’m currently experiencing this issue as well with Arcade Owner. I’ve done all the par scores for Halo 2, but it is only showing that I’ve completed 12 out 13 levels.

Have you looked into the issue on the Support side: https://support.halowaypoint.com/You can raise a ticket there if no standing guidance about this as a known issue exist.
