Now, a hypothetical dual between Atriox and Ripa 'Moramee would be very interesting.
Atriox would most likely crush anyone in single combat, he is just too huge, brutal, and strong. Doesn’t he have some spartan like armor or a cybernetic robot arm too, when he crushed that one Spartan’s armor?
I’d say Spartans and the Arbiter are about on par with each other, so he’d probably win. But it would be kinda interesting.

I’m not sure, we haven’t seen how good the Arbiter is in a fight other than that 2v1 he did with the storm elites in Halo 5 but other than that we haven’t ever seen him really show his true skill at least not with a spartan.

Not sure what kind of armor he has but the robot arm would cause anyone trouble. And I’m honestly not sure how he and Arbiter would stack up since Arby hasn’t had any real action sequences outside of gameplay unlike Atriox.

I’m glad if you really found it funny. 
We’ve established that Atriox will smash Arbiter in 1v1 duel. But what if the Swords of Sanghelios were to verse The Banished? Their armies are both powerful and large sized, and they both are equipped with unique and powerful vehicles and weapons. I imagine it would be a close battle.
Atriox would win by a landslide.

I would love to see Atriox vs. Ripa. Two extremely tough aliens in hand to hand combat? Hell yeah! And yeah, Thel wouldn’t stand a chance.

Atriox would win, easily. The only way the Arbiter has a chance is with active camouflage.
Atriox has both the brawn and brains. He’s already demonstrated his ability to crush a Spartan’s armor with ease, and he has taken on a group of Spartans single-handedly. Elites and Spartans are pretty on par with each other in terms of strength, speed, etc. based off of gameplay (I haven’t read enough into the lore to get into specifics, so I am taking into account gameplay exclusively). The Arbiter has the same physical capabilities as any other Elite, which makes it a pretty easy win for Atriox.
