I read somewhere that some poster said 343 said the arbiter will be in spartan ops. Anyone else see that?

This is the first I’ve heard, it will be nice if he makes an appearance though.

We don’t know yet, but I would’nt be suprised if the sepretists were in Spartan Ops later on. I, in fact, want them around. I like Elites :D.
Could the Arbiter be in Spartan Ops? Maybe, we wont know until 343i releases one with new characters and/or arbiter in there.

Nope. Arbiter and most of the Elite will die between Halo 4 and 5 anyway.
Nothing has been confirmed about the arbiter by 343 yet and i dont think they will confirm anything since its only 10 days away, so we will have to find out for ourselves.
Any comments on neogaf saying the arbiter is the campaign, spartan op’s or what ever were fake. Nobody knows about the situation on the arbiter and nothing has been confirmed.

I was just making sure that you were referring to lord hood, there might have been another hood of all i know. I actually didnt know he was still an active character in the universe at this stage, glad to know he’s still about.

No Arbiter won’t be in Spartan Ops you kidding? He’s got his own problems to deal with back on Sangheilios. Didn’t Frankie confirm this way back in older posts that he said ‘No Arbiter won’t be in Halo 4’. So no he won’t be in Halo 4.
