Hi everyone, I really loved the Halo 4 campaign and the whole game in general (even though it has such a different feel to it) but I really want to see the Arbiter in Halo 5. This new branch of the Covenant, apparently, know as “The Storm” really excited me to see because the covies are awesome enemies. 343 should find a way to incorporate our good friend the Arbiter into the game, which would blow this next game beyond amazingness. He would be an awesome character to see return. Don’t you agree?
I would love to see an Arbiter appearance, he’s my favorite character.
Depends if Thel Vadam is alive, seeing as Jul is alive.
Almost everyone on Sanghelios hates the Arbiter for wanting a truce with the Humans, not to mention Infinity and Lord Hood have teken a trip to the Elite home planet before.
I hope he’s alive though, he was BA. ._.
Not to mention, Lord Hood made him seem like an idiot several times through out Infiniy’s visit to Sanghelios. Odd are he hates Humans now too.

True, I’ve only read the books relating to the development of the spartan program and Master Chief. I should probably take a look at the newer books
