Will the arbiter be in Halo 4? I assume not because he went home with the elites, but U wanted to ask.
We just don’t know that yet. We’ll find out on 11/6. Maybe a cameo but nothing major.
So far we have not seen anything about the arbiter so we are unsure. We do know that at least part of the covenant (including the elites) will be in the game.
However in the book Halo: Glasslands (by Karen Traviss) the arbiter does play a significant role. I think it’s safe to say the arbiter will still play a large part in the Halo story but it may or may not be in Halo 4.
Aside from some fake stuff made by some Flood-suckers, no word yet. Bummer.

The only thing in that gif that leads me to believe that might just be the Arbiter are the hind legs, the projectiles he’s firing(Looks like plasma rounds), and the color of the armor.
Yeah, he’s important to the new trilogy, but I doubt we’ll see him in Halo 4.
He HAS to be somewhere in the trilogy though.

Sorry guys, but the Arbiter within the Halo lore at this point in canon is pre-occupied by other issues. He was no reason being near Requiem.

I see threads about this everyday and the answer never changes. We don’t know yet. If there was any information about the Arbiter I’m pretty sure everyone on the forums would have already known by now.

C’mon Moa. It looks nothing like him aside from the dark armor. Plus the armor is what the storm covies wear, not the arbiters armor.
Im pretty sure it was announced way early on that the Arbiter would be in at least one of the cutscenes. He was confirmed to be in the script at some point though they might have changed the story since then.

Eh, the armour looks too new to be the armour of the Arbiter. I think that’s just a different rank of a regular Elite, perhaps Spec Ops or something.
Probably not tell Halo 6 i would say. Halo 4’s focus will be on new threat, H5’s will be darker, and H6 will be the grand finale.
