If now The elites broke the truce Theres a possibility In a mission its about finding or arbiter Finding you showing he betrays You… Or He can stay with you.
Also Wouldnt it be good at the end of halo 4 Master Chief finds a ship for he can return to earth and the Fore runners Follow him?
Meh, not sure because they’ve introduced this “rogue” covenant or whatever they are, so i don’t think they would make arbiter appear in halo 4, not sure about 5 or 6. Maybe arbiter will get his own spin-off later on or in between this trilogy.

Not to be a jerk, but it’s ‘rogue’. Rouge is makeup pretty much. I accidentally used the wrong ‘rogue’ in a thread before. Just giving some helpful advice.
The Arbiter and the Elites that supported him did NOT broken the truce. The Elites and the rest of the Covenant that still wanted to destroy humanity DID broken it.

I think in Halo 4 they could make it like Halo 2 where there are some Arbiter missions showing you what’s happening on Earth or wherever he is. Maybe he and Master Chief could eventually meet somewhere in the story.

I don’t think it’s possible we’ll be able to play as the, Arbiter in a couple of missions in Halo 4 because of the fact that 343 REALLY wants to focus on the Chiefs himself as well as the relationship between him and Cortana.
Keep in mind that there are many factions of Elites. Some of them, including the Arbiter and his followers, want to keep a truce between them and humanity, while others (as shown in Glasslands) are against the Arbiter and want to kill him.
The Elites we see in Halo 4 are most likely a group that’s against the Arbiter.

That post turned out to be photoshopped…someone posted it here on the forums and one of the monitors said franky never posted it. So it has Neither been confirmed nor denied that Thel Vadam is in halo 4.
