This is getting old. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, several times now. I can get it working one day and go to play the next and it will not work. This is getting really F***ING OLD!
Isn’t Arbiter.dll the anti-cheat that’s built into the game?
I have done a quick search, and I saw that other programs or applications can interfere with the game process.
Try googling your issue and looking through the responses for solutions.
