Both the new leaders show up in the leader selection menu, and their free blitz packs are available to open. They’re even purchasable through the game. However, they have yet to show up in the Windows Store, thus preventing Season Pass holders from using them unless they buy them (again) through the game…
343, please get this fixed. I do not see why they can’t be playable right now for Season Pass holders…

They’re not ready for release yet. This is known and expected behavior and we will notify players once this process is complete. this is the same exact issue and timing that we experience with every single DLC release and is unfortunately a byproduct of getting content published to the Windows Marketplace.

But why can they be bought in-game? Normally, if you tried to do so, you’d get an error message. But with this, you get a confirmation check for buying the pack, including the price of the pack.

You know it’s funny, every other game can get their updates out on time, without so many problems as 343 does. Like what we were supposed to get out dlc every 2nd or 3rd Wednesday per month? It’s practically July and we’re barely getting the update and there’s problems with it? How come every other game on the marketplace doesn’t have these problems? Civilization, minecraft, call of duty, battlefield, dying Light, etc… I personally feel like if it’s gonna be this -Yoink-, season pass holders should get the dlc a week before everyone, perhaps even be entitled more free content
I purchased the jerome arbiter pack on my xbox but now i cant play it on my pc? This is why im leaving the Xbox community. I have loved playing on my xbox im a hard core dedicated gamer i have a variety of games but sneaky moves like this or hopefully theres a fair/valid answer as to why. But it does repulse gamers like me and my friends who have all slowly transitioned out. I hope someone who can and will; does something
