Simply put, all weapons need to be equally overpowered so that sandbox gameplay can return. I’m sick of always using the same weapon in multiple situations, Halo 4 needs to empower the players by overpowering EVERYTHING so that true sandbox gameplay can occur!

That would be terrible for gameplay. The power weapons need to remain just that, to provide incentive to move around the map and push up.
The noob friendly weapons like AR, need to remain weak to keep balance with how ridiculously easy they are to use.

Also, a utility weapon should be the starting weapon. It should be strong, but have a disadvantage to power weapons.
It shouldnt be like reach where the rocket person can miss 2 rockets and reload before a DMR can even kill him. Power weapons should only be an advantage if the other player has more skill, like CE
