Applying Terminal Points Toward Halo Reach

Ok so I finally started my Halo Reach game after putting off playing it, but I had already found and entered all of the terminal codes from Halo CEA. How do I get my cR credits to apply to my game. I have no other account for the points to have applied toward. Is there a way to apply them to a game AFTER entering the codes already?

Please help.

My guess is that you wasted the credits. Because there was no Halo Reach data for you logged for you in the game servers (or wherever all that info is stored), there was nowhere to apply the credits to. So as far as I can tell the credits are lost now.
