Is there going to be anyway to appeal to a ban, especially like if you get perma-banned by abuse of the sexism ban? Bungie had a too-bad policy where you couldn’t do anything or contact anyone being banned. That’s just plain dumb, in my opinion. We know that players are going to report others just because they don’t like them, even if they didn’t do anything wrong. And if there’s autoban, then there’s bound to be wrongful banning.
The sexism ban isn’t going to be a Halo 4 ban by the sounds of it, just an Xbox LIVE ban.
They are appealable on the Xbox.com forums and they are actually read.
Let me assure you though, every single complaint filed through Xbox LIVE is reviewed and appropriate action is taken, people who abuse the feature will actually get in trouble themselves.
