My post is valid. Even if Microsoft wouldn’t give him hell over the App the people behind that site definitely will.
If he wasn’t tasked with making the App by the website and he started trying to make profit using the site then they would very likely dispute that.
I’m sorry, but if I was running a Videogame Fansite with the money off ads and then some random user tried to profit off MY website via an app? I’d nail his -Yoink- for it.
