Make Halo Waypoint an app? Yes, they did at one time, have an active app for Halo Waypoint. They took it down recently, I do not know why. However if you want active stats - and own an android device, download “Reclaimer Stats”, it gives active statistics stretching from Halo : MCC to Halo 3/Halo 3 ODST.
