As of yet, no. Orange came with Reach legendary edition (you can probably still buy one new from Ebay or something), blue with Bungie Mobile (too late), and green is for 343.
I don’t think Halo: Reach will ever get any kind of new armor, as flame effects in future Halos. Only time will tell, though I really doubt it. We got blue and red/orange, that’s going to be it

It’s possible for the release of Halo 4, like the flames from three as a bonus for Reach.
In my opinion though, The Flames lost what they were special for. Seeing Flames in Halo 3 would have been amazing, same with the Blue flames in Reach. But when they were all given out, they just lost their magic. Like how the Recon in 3 went to the rarest thing to the most common.

Nor me, my friend claims that 343 manifested their own version of Bungie’s precious flames. Sorry for the confusion, but its all hearsay, according to him.
