Considering OPs account has 0 games played, best advice I could give is to pick up the controller, load up Halo5, plug the mic in, and play some matches. Follow those steps and you’ll find cool people to play with in no time. If that fails/doesn’t work, join a spartan company.

There is another account under that name that has matches played. Are you using a different account that one right now?
