It’s funny, because if you ask the streamers about the issues they’ll tell you that waypoint support is super helpful.
But when I did the troubleshooting, my name was already showing up correctly, and after the troubleshooting is when it went to the three dots.
I doubt we’ll get any acknowledgement for this though.
I’m in the same boat as many others, not received my got milked twitch drop from last weekend. Not happy 
Twitch rewards take a week or so to show up nowadays, not sure why but it’s obviously not a priority to fix it right now so all we can do is be patient.
i hope we get it soon, i wanted the milk for so long and glad i was on time for it when it now came

me too xd i really want it, i waited so long for it, its frustrating to wait, and seeing this , i read other forum topics and i see this is sadly not the only issue!! everyone talks about cash grab, half complete ( not even half ) game, bugs and things need to be fixed and game modes that arent there and cheaters, i think this is the top of the iceberg…
This is a common issue with twitch drops no matter what game. Just wait it out and it will get sorted if you sent a ticket and it’s a largely known issue.
If not, typically twitch drops will rotate, so you might have to wait for it to pop up again.
Where do we submit these tickets to?
Hit up both twitch and 343 support. You will get a BS prewritten response, you’ll just have to wait and see if it updates within the next week or so. If not just wait for the next rotation.
is the rotation when the next drop rewards are going to be earned? people had struggles with claiming those of 21 may and they got them around/just before those we are wanting now
No clue what the rotation is. It could be random through a set pool of items or it could be a standard progressing list with each drop planned out. Regardless it will rotate at some point again. I think this is actually the second time Got Milk popped up. I think it came up like 4 months ago.
yes , the milk emblem was from long ago around that time many months ago, showed up once or two times, if there will come new drops planned for like mid or late june it could be we then have this milk emblem around that time, so i know now i have to be patient and wait for probably weeks, i think i wait a few days and then submit a ticket and then just wait until the time comes, and will be aware about the robot response i will get
Twitch is twitchy too. You might just find it one day with no notification that you got it. I have gotten stuff months later with other games and their drops.
wow so sad of this, i was so happy when i had claimed the milk and now this, you waited months! thats awfull, i dont like playing now because i dont feel happy about missing the stuff, i came on the forum because of this issue, i normal play only in the game but this brought me here and i read now some hours about all complaints of this game , that its a cash grab ( which i was slowly noticing too but after reading here fully understood ) like app games, and with that, quality is not with it, bugs, half working games, and content, things that are not working are all familiar with cash grabs, if it was a real full game everything worked fully operational
and yes and the strange thing is they blame each other, twitch says, the game developer is responsible for the drops and 343 says it is about twitch… and then we cant help you… wow
Still waiting, haven’t gotten anything yet. It’s frustrating because just about every other Twitch drop I’ve gotten has worked flawlessly, except for this one.
6days and nothing yet…
it could be were getting it next week hopefully, someone of 343 placed an article about bug fixes with an update that is happening next week, its about fixing bugs and other things, like changing shield power and drop wall strength, someone said we have to wait for a future update so hopefully they fix it in this update, also all the tickets sent helps, because they told they need many tickets so they know what issues there are and the more people send them the higher the priority the known issue gets for them
