Does anyone else want to see old Halo game types like Swords, Shwatguns and Rocket Race to make a comeback in Halo 4? I loved these game types in Halo 3 and it would be awesome to see them again.
What would you like to see again? Maybe we can yell at 343 and make them bring em back!

Anyhou in terms of the silly ones: Rocket race, grifball, Shotty snipers, team rockets, and fiesta.

Dude! Thats sick! I was actually thinking of remaking Halo Reach maps like The Cage and stuff. I will have to download these as soon as I can and let other people know about them.

Frankly I don’t think things would be as bad if we had decent custom options. If Flood had the same settings that Halo: Reach’s Infection had, I’d be set.

They ruined the custom settings so bad that its not even possible to make a 1 flag CTF now. Sad thing is it looks like this is the future of Halo. Simplified mechanics, streamlined rotational hoppers, hidden trueskill, no penalties for losing and everybody’s a winner.
I voted for swords and grifball, but I’d rather have swords because I’m not so sure how grifball will be with universal sprint (Grifball Dash sucked).
The fact that neither team doubles nor lone wolves are on this list makes me a very sad person.

It would be nice to have the old playlist from the pass halo’s again. I miss playing them because now halo 4 seems like CoD like in a way (not trying to be hater) like in BTB etc. As well I don’t know why 343 keep taking out playlist that people like. I miss playing team doubles, I want to play grifball in matchmaking not just in custom games, team snipers etc. There many on the that been posted here I like and i do miss. I hope they bring them back, at least for those that play halo since halo ce back in Nov. 2001.

I agree, Reach had pretty good custom options. Too bad 343 is straying too far from the path.
They need to bring back more options for us. We like options! Hopefully they will come to their senses and come out with an update at some point.
I’d love a Rumble Pit playlist with Rumble Shotguns and Rumble Swords in there.
SWORDS! Seriously, I need my slashing fix! Such an amazing feeling diving into a mosh pit of 6 Spartans and coming out on top as the only one alive, with a plethora of multikill medals sparkling on the right side of your screen.
Invasion! Was one of my most played playlists in Reach. Loved it! (Was actually one of the very few things Reach did right)
Swords would be nice too, but the fact Sword fights are just like Reach, and not like Halo 3’s, makes me not want the playlist 
Grifball’s coming. No problem there.
I’ve had some fun times in ShWATguns.
The rest are either meh or no me gusta.
