I got pretty far on finishing my BTB map. The Woodland Experiment. It’s a night map in the woods with similarities of Infinite’s Deadlock and Halo CE Timberland. Symmetrical with 2 minefields dividing the map at the 50 yard line. The minefields have control points at the top of the hill, with lights and mines making defense easier than offense. Warthogs and smaller vehicles will have more free roam and tanks will only make it halfway to minimize spawn killing. There’s some small caves, hills, bridges and jumps for the vehicles.
A few things need to be finished like the middle map base and the 2 starting bases. But I got red flag base finished, and blue flag base needs work. If you want to see a preview send me a message on Xbox. I can also let you check it out later tonight anytime after 7pm.
I have been growing ill and it has been difficult to forge long hours on Xbox. Please let me know if your interested in finishing it. But I want it done the way I got the layout made. I don’t know if this will ever be picked up by 343, but in a sense this map is made for all of us Big Team players out there, and it’s sizeable, but I wanted enough room to snipe and spread out battles.
