I just posted a thread about how much I hate Spartan charge, anyone wanna do some custom games where we just try to charge each other obsessively so we can get better at trying to counter it? Idk what else to do it doesn’t look like 343 is going to change it even though it’s op I need to try and adapt

Sure it will.
If you’re fast enough with the thruster (and I mean fast enough, and with jesus-level reflexes) you could probably dodge it. I’ve seen it done. Practice helps.
Just shoot at the charging enemy and on the impact hit him, charge gets pretty useless if you get the right timing
