Anyone think the Mantis will return in Halo infinite?

They havenā€™t announced but they did trademark the name after Infinite landed. Plus some people have datamined references to it.

However, given the seismic changes at 343ā€¦.I am not sure they will continue the story of Halo Infinite. So we will just have to wait and see. Maybe this has already been decided regardless of recent departures. So itā€™s all up in the air right now.

It was kind of ridiculous idea but you know that map in Halo 4 MP with the (sadly decorative) giant mantis in it, I had an idea of having that in the campaign as a one shot vehicle in a mission that you would use to fight things like the scarab or things of that size. I donā€™t think the giant mantis could be balanced in MP but it would awesome in campaign.
