honestly the scorpion always was a fail as a MBT, even compared to modern and a few post wwII tanks.
You think the scorpion is bad… have you driven a Warthog yet? But yeah the Scorpion isn’t as good as Halo 4’s. And that one wasn’t close to Halo 2’s.
As for 031-Exuberant Witness, monitor of Genesis Installation, she works for the Users… oh I mean Builders!!! Where have I heard that one before??

Exuberant Witness is great. I would love to see her more in future Halo related material.
Do people actually like Exuberant Witness or just the voice actor haha? Nearly every post has called her/it adorable, which is mostly down to the actor.
