Anyone preorder from BestBuy? ...DLC Missing?!

Bought this item as a preorder from an eBay member:

Got it last night and to my disappointment after opening it, I noticed there was no DLC insert in the case or the gift receipt.
If anyone preordered from BestBuy, did they email the code? Is the code in the case?

I messaged the seller last night, but no response. :expressionless:

The BestBuy DLC comes digitally to the email address of the person who purchased it. There is nothing in the game case.
