There were lots of people complaining about the gameplay from the halo 5 beta such as sprint ADS etc,
just wondering if there are still alot of people unhappy or whether peoples minds have changed and are buzzed to play this game ?
i for one LOVED the beta and cannot wait to play this beast oct 27th !

Same. I can’t wait to play and the days grow longer as we get closer.
Gonna go straight into arena … then give warzone a bash… then of course the campaign looks outstanding…
hope my 2 month old daughter is nice and behaves so i can try get a few hours into it lol
all worth it though !

It wasn’t just the gameplay that has room for concern because lets face it MCC went from a massive franchise saver to something that a but buried the Halo brand.
On top of that the last two items that were released just seems annoying long. H2A and H5 BETA both take roughly 1-2 minutes to load the map every time a game starts. The only hope we have to change that is the Windows 10 update changes this aspect.
I am still unknown if I will be buying it and many of my friends are in the same boat. We didn’t really care of the BETA it was good enough but nothing that felt like it was amazing.
I loved the beta and I’m hyped as hell to get my hands on H5 soon. Love it
I liked the beta, I’m excited to hop in a Warthog or Wraith now, vehicles have always been my main enjoyment in Halo games.
I’m sure there are many people out there who are unsure, I’m just not one of them. I may actually get into MP with Warzone instead of just getting the necessary achievements and then just sticking to campaign
I can understand alot of people are unsure about it. for me personally i really really enjoyed the beta and is a day one purchase for me.
When it drops in price, only because i’m not hyped on it. It’ll be fun but not groundbreaking. IF MCC was working correctly i’d never leave that. But if i knew what i know now before i bought the XB1 i’d be on PS4 or PC.
Nope. I’m actually excited for it. It’s about time Halo felt like a modern shooter again.

If there are, they’re probably not on Waypoint anymore. Most of the people on waypoint are the people who are excited for Halo 5. There are some on here, though, that have strong opinions against it. Me included. Lol.
I Enjoyed it, made it feel new and theres gonna be flashy situations where i may or may not ground pound a lone individual. the Smart Scope was probably the coolest integration I used and was getting accustomed to using it while jumped to “hover” for that little bit. got a couple kills as I dropped behind cover landing that final headshot. Gonna take some getting used to all over again but I love it.
The new movement system really has made me feel like a thousand pound superbeing running at 20 miles per hour and tossing myself into things.
The weapons have more oomph. The hit detection was on point.
I am absolutely, in no way, concerned about Halo 5’s gameplay.
The ONLY complaint I had during the beta was the death presentation. That ambient descending tune that repeated after every death made me want to stab myself in the ears.
