… That they do their best not to call them perks? Want to know why? Becasue IN MY OPINION it is more likely that they wont be as game changing. I highly, highly doubt that you will get anything like martydrom, or anything annoyingly stupid like that or it would affect gameplay too much. I doubt that 343i would really be that stupid.
My geuss is that they are armor enhancements. Small armor styles that only affect things like speed (By say 5-10 percent) or maybe a slighlty upped damage resistance. There could be others like upped sheild etc. but this seems the most likely to me. It would make sense because, if i wear ten tons of armor, i expect to be able to take more damage than the guy with less armor. However this should be at the slight cost of mobility, or that the other guys armor simply alows him to be faster.
What do you guys think? I doubt that they would actually copy Call Of Duty, so i expect that these things will only affect in small ways.

I am merely saying if they are cofirmed than there might as well be a good reason to them rather than people blacklisting Halo as COD.

Because they wouldn’t want to affiliate Halo with Call of Duty in anyway, because they know just how hellish this Forum would be if that ever happened…
…Oh bugger, I forgot, that already happened…though at least it’s died down a tad now…
But, to your point, odds are the effects are not as strong as CoD’s Perks…
The way I see it, these “Gameplay Changes”, won’t be the likes of:
-Not appearing on Radar Permanently
-50% quicker reloads
-500% more ammo
-2x Shields
I’d like to think that it would be more along the lines of:
-5-10% quicker reloads
-2-3 Extra Ammo Clips for deployed weapons
-5-10% quicker Shield Recharge
-Jump 5-10% Higher/Further
-Sprint 5-10% quicker
You get the idea, alter something slightly rather than drastically…
