Very clever! In line with their facebook quote I think it’s safe to say it was definitely a Halo 5 teaser trailer and not an inbetween or TV series teaser.
Still excited about it though.

I think the OP is alluding to that the clouds may outline a “5”. It’s a stretch, but possible.

It’s 5. No doubt, between holding “Cortana” and that symbol, it’s 5.
And I’m stoked!
Things showing up like that are no coincidence. Trailers like this are created and composed with a very specific artistic mindset and atmosphere involved. The art team wouldn’t ‘miss’ there being a 5 ‘coincidentally’ in their clouds…right above the title. 
It was put there on purpose. It’s awesome is what it is!

Ok just so this is down,
The shadows move faster than the clouds at the part of the teaser where it says Halo.
Also the Shadows are darker than what a cloud would make. Hinting something is making them.
