The killcams in the beta were a tad laggy, and are confirmed to be somewhat inaccurate
The kill cam illustrates the absurd amount of latency that exists between you and that other player. Some kill cams are close, some are WAY off.
Goes to show how worthless dedicated servers are if they dont bother to connect us to our local dedicated host. I mean, why even use dedicated servers if they are going to machmake us all over the place.
When hit detection was off it was because you were put on the “wrong” data centre.
Getting put on the wrong data centre occurred because of a few bugs within the searching parametres, a low population due to being a closed beta and a high concentration of users in North America and a seemingly sparse global pocket concentration.
Feedback on the the experience was well listened to and we will see a the results come close to/at release.
