whoever played hCE to 4 including odst and reach,if you were holding an AR or smg or any weapon without a scope you instead had basically a binocular scope which didn’t really serve a purpose most of the time but was just fun to have.
It was a nice addition. Sure, it didn’t do much, but it definitely improved “immurshun”. Whatever immersion exists in a sci-fi shooter set 500 years in the future where humanity has to fight aliens, zombies, and robots with essentially modern day infantry equipment, with a few notable exceptions.
Actually it served a huge purpose. It allowed you to have a medium range vision with any weapon without having the scopes. It was a great thing
